I’m pretty lazy at blogging, but I did get around to finally finishing my sister-in-law’s Corvid (Raven) for her birthday. I hope she likes it. I also had my first commissioned work (the Lesser Goldfinch) for which I was paid with a homemade pecan pie. The Lesser Goldfinch and sunflower was requested by my friend Chris Parker for his wife, Dianne. The Lesser Goldfinches are often found in their backyard eating the sunflower seeds. Excited to give this to Chris tonight at dinner! I hope Stacy and Dianne like their birds!
